Returns & Handling

Quality is our highest priority.  If you're not happy with the quality of your product, let us know. Here’s how we can help:

  • ToeSox will issue a refund for manufacturer defects if the product is returned within the one year warranty period.  ToeSox does not warrant its products against normal wear and tear.
  • We will accept returned items that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in original packaging up to 60 days from date of purchase. The refunded amount will be the cost of the products only. Shipping is to be paid by the customer.
  • Please contact customer service at info@toesox.com or 1-877-486-3769 to receive a return authorization form prior to sending in your return.
  • Any order discrepancies must be reported to ToeSox within 30 days of the invoice date.  Please contact us with the invoice number and item descriptions.  The original shipping packaging should be kept until the discrepancy has been resolved.
