Grip Socks | ToeSox with Grip

·Non-slip gripping sole
·A barefoot feeling without cold feet
·Promotes proper foot alignment and Increases blood circulation
·No bunching or twisting
·Eco-friendly organic cotton

Barefoot activities like yoga, Pilates, dance, and martial arts require barefeet, right? Wrong. There are several reasons why wearing certain grip socks in class can help your practice:

·Your feet are cold and it’s preventing your muscles from relaxing or engaging properly. Wear grip socks.

·You know the studio cleans the floors and wipes down the mats and equipment, but they can’t clean the other students’ feet. Germs can still lurk and spread. Wear grip socks.

·Standing lunges on the reformer, holding Warrior I in yoga, or karate kicking on a sweaty mat. Your feet can slip, you can fall. Wear grip socks.

Wane your woes with ToeSox five toe grip socks to warm your muscles, steady your stance and protect your feet while still providing the barefoot feeling. ToeSox grip socks have a patented non slip sole for gentle grip, so socks provide control on any surface – reformer bar, ground, or mat. ToeSox grip socks can also improve your feet. The five toe grip socks fit the anatomical design of your foot so your toes and feet can perform naturally, like you’re barefoot. By encouraging your toes to spread, ToeSox grip socks trigger muscles in your feet to help them strengthen, while also increasing blood circulation.

Made with organic cotton, our grip socks are soft on your soles and the planet.

"I love my ToeSox for Pilates Chair class. Upside down pushup is so much easier with them!" -Sally E.

"I use the Half-ToeSox while instructing Pilates & Power Pilates classes, and the Full ToeSox for my Mini (Pilates) Ball classes. I'm thrilled with their comfort & how I never slip during a posture...even the tricky ones." -Pennie S."They feel so very good on my feet. If I must step on to someone's mat I feel like it is more sanitary when I am wearing these socks. They are perfect for the studio tower as they provide lots of grip on the push thru bar." -Olivia

Four-Pointed Arch Lifts

“ Stand with feet hip width apart.  Envision what we call the four points of the feet; the base of the big toe, base of the small toe and the inside/outside edges of the heel.  Keep these areas of the feet solidly attached to the ground.  Inhale as you lift the toes and spread them as wide as possible.  Exhale and allow the toes to relax.  Now, lift the arches of the feet while maintaining contact with the four corners of the feet.  Repeat ten times.
