MBT

MBTs and Skechers Shape Ups!

The positive effect of the MBT is based on the principle of "natural instability".  By simulating walking barefoot on soft, uneven, natural ground such as sand or moss, MBTs force the body to maintain its natural balance, thereby stimulating and exercising the body's supporting muscle system which results in numerous pro-body benefits.

Shape-ups also feature a unique soft kinetic wedge insert and dynamic rolling bottom to simulate walking on soft sand. With the comfort of Shape-ups, you will feel your heel sink to the ground as you step, roll forward as your weight shifts to its center, and push off with your toes. This movement will result in stronger leg, buttock, back and abdominal muscles as you stabilize your steps.

Wear the ToeSox-No Grip with these shoes to further promote foot health.

Rebounding with ToeSox

Rebounding

Fun to bounce, and great to rebound. Rebounding on a mini-trampoline offers extensive health benefits for people of all age looking to get fit and have fun. ToeSox enhance the safety on a Rebounder as they prohibit slipping. At the same time, they allow a full movement of the feet,  which trains the arches and stimulates the  Proprioceptors – sensors on your feet which tell the body of how to move in 3D.

QiBounding®, expert in the field of Rebounding, recommends Non-Slip Grip ToeSox to their clients to help them get the best out of their Rebounding experience. QiBounding® offers  free training classes on www.Rebounding.TV to those who want to feel the benefits of this efficient fun workout.

Cycling with ToeSox

Cycling

“I loved the freedom my feet felt so much I decided to see if I could use ToeSox for other areas. In cycling, the typical cycling shoes are torture chambers. I found there were cycling sandals which would work perfectly with toe socks. I've been using these all winter in spin classes and in a few months will take both to the outside as well. There is no denying the extra comfort ToeSox bring to my feet, thanks a bunch!” – Dave, Western Wisconsin

Kettlebells
Kettlebells
"I decided to try them while instructing my kettlebell classes.  The traditional routines for kettlebells are done barefoot, much like yoga, so I thought it would be a natural fit for me to wear my ToeSox.  It can actually be counter productive and even dangerous to wear shoes while performing kettlebell routines." - Mac Cole, www.cardiolix.com

Pedicure

Your feet have been pampered – scrubbed, rubbed, and toes painted. It feels good to get a pedicure. To keep your toes pretty, the nail technician carefully places your feet in disposable slippers or the flip flops you came in wearing. A better idea is to slip on toeless socks like the Half-Toe style right before the technician paints your nails. The socks will lock in the moisturizing cream, hug your foot for support, and expose your toes so they can dry knick-free. Walk out of the nail salon with pretty, happy feet!

Spreading of the Toes

"... spreading of the toes which stretches the muscles and achilles tendon and stimulates the nerves and connective tissues.  Properly aligned toes and stronger, more flexible feet are better able to form a strong arch and support weight with less pain and risk of injury."
